Check-in is from 3:00–6:00 PM Arizona time, and the hotel office closes at 8:00 PM.
If you need to arrive after 8:00 PM, 72 hours’ advance notice and prior approval are required, and a $75 non-refundable late check-in fee applies.
Please note that we cannot accommodate check-ins after 10:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-outs are subject to availability and approval and carry a $75 non-refundable fee.
Yes. Casa Sedona welcomes guests 18 years of age and older. Pets are not permitted on the property.
Guests traveling with an ADA-certified service animal should notify the hotel when booking. Emotional support animals are not permitted.
Complimentary parking is available for hotel guests, with adequate space for passenger vehicles. We do not accommodate RVs, campers, or trailers, and there are currently no designated accessible parking spaces.
Casa Sedona does not have an elevator or designated accessible rooms. However, we do have ground-floor rooms that may accommodate individual needs. Please contact us before booking so we can discuss your specific requirements and determine which room may work best for you.
Guests have access to Casa Sedona’s outdoor hot tub from 7:00 AM–10:00 PM daily. We do not have an on-site spa or fitness center.
For outdoor recreation, the Thunder Mountain Trailhead is approximately a half-mile walk from the property. Several spas are also located within a half-mile, including Sedona New Day Spa, NAMTI, and A Spa For You.
For a cozy evening in your room, flame-less candles are provided. Open flames are not permitted in guest rooms.
Casa Sedona is a smoke-free property. Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, e-cigarettes, cannabis products, and medical marijuana—is prohibited. A $500 non-refundable cleaning fee applies to violations of this policy.
A selection of champagne, red and white wines, and beer is available for purchase during normal business hours. If enjoying beverages in the hot tub, guests must use plastic or disposable cups; glass is not permitted in the hot tub area. Open-carry firearms are not permitted on the property.
Casa Sedona Restaurant is open to hotel guests and the public. The restaurant serves breakfast and brunch, with an emphasis on fresh, high-quality ingredients and food prepared from scratch each day. Restaurant hours vary by season:

Thursday–Tuesday: 7:00 AM–2:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM–11:00 AM
Off-Season
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–11:00 AM
Friday–Sunday: 7:00 AM–2:00 PM
Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling the hotel or through OpenTable.
