Check-in/out
Normal check-in time is between 3pm-6pm AZ. The hotel's office closes at 8pm AZ. A request to check-in after 8pm AZ requires seventy-two hours advance notice and prior approval.Â
A $75 non-refundable charge will apply to all check-ins that occur after 8pm AZ.Â
We do not allow check-ins after 10pm AZ.
Check-out is 10:00 AM. Requests for late check-outs are subject to approval. All late check-outs are subject to a $75 non-refundable charge.
Children
Casa Sedona Inn requires all guests to be at least eighteen (18) years old. Â
Pets
Casa Sedona Inn does not allow pets on the premises. If you are traveling with an ADA certified service animal, please let us know when you book. "Emotional Support" pets are not permitted.
Smoking
We do not permit smoking of any kind on our premises, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, e-cigs, cannabis products, or medical marijuana. We will assess a $500.00 non-refundable cleaning charge to any guest who violates this policy. Â
Parking
Parking on our premises is free! There are no assigned or designated handicapped parking spaces. We have adequate parking for guests with passenger vehicles. No parking is available for RVs, campers, or trailers.
ADA Rooms & Elevators
We do not have accessible rooms and there is no elevator on premises. However, we do have rooms that may fit your needs. Please contact the Inn to discuss whether our ground floor rooms might work for you.
Firearms
Open-carry firearms are NOT permitted on the premises.
Alcohol
Selections of popular and award-winning champaign, red and white wine, and beer are available for purchase during normal business hours. Guests must use plastic or disposable cups while consuming beverages in our hot tub. No glass is permitted in the hot tub area. Â
Hot Tub
Casa Sedona's outdoor hot tub is available from 7 AM– 10 PM daily. All guests have access to our hot tub!
Spa/Fitness
No spa or fitness center onsite. There is the Thunder Mountain Trailhead, a ½ mile walk from the inn, that offers several trails. There are also three spas within ½ mile from the Inn: Sedona New Day Spa, NAMTI, and A Spa For You.
Candles
No open flames are allowed in any room. All rooms offer flameless candles for your romantic evenings.
Restaurant
Our restaurant is open to the public as well as hotel guests. We serve what many have called "the best breakfast in Sedona" from 7am–11am AZ during weekdays and breakfast/brunch from 7am to 2pm AZ on Saturday and Sunday.  Reservations may be obtained by calling the Inn or via OpenTable.Â
